Nose: Quince, green gauges, ripe kiwi and some hints of mango. Vanilla pods and freeze dried strawberry dipped in white chocolate.

Palate: Lovely and smooth, with a creamy overtone of white chocolate, backed with more mango from the nose, and a hint of old leather. Oak spices and some notes of toasted marshmallow.

Finish: The toasted marshmallow leads, with a subtle note of red cherry and cinnamon.
