Nose: Newly spun wool, freshly turned earth and oak spice, which is followed by cinnamon and nutmeg, with a note of lemon zest.

Palate: A really lovely soft creme brûlée note on the palate, underpinned with ginger and nutmeg, and some hints of ripe black cherries.

Finish: Banana and griddled pineapple with a hint of nutmeg.
