Nose: Blood orange, strawberry and walnuts in honey. A hint of smoked figs and some depth from dates and rounded black cherry notes.

Palate: The black cherry takes on the bulk of the flavour, with some lovely spices underpinning the fruity notes, and a top note of flamed orange peel.

Finish: Some bitter orange with notes of cracked black pepper.
